A free estimate is an approximation based on the details you give us and what we see on site. It is not binding until you and Prime Construction sign a written proposal. Only the signed written proposal sets the scope, the price, and the schedule for your project.

Any price ranges, examples, or cost figures shown on this site are approximate and for planning only. They are not a quote. The exact price for your project comes from your free written estimate and your signed proposal.

The specific terms for your project, including the scope, materials, schedule, payment schedule, and warranty, are in your written contract. If anything on this website differs from your signed contract, the signed contract controls.

Prime Construction backs our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty. Material warranties come from the manufacturers. Full warranty details are on our warranty page and in your written contract.

The project photos on this site are real Prime Construction projects. They are our work and our property. Do not copy, download, or reuse our photos or content without our written permission.

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prime Construction and Starry Skies Properties are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

These terms and any dispute arising from this website are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Prime Construction (a d/b/a of Starry Skies Properties) offers two text messaging programs: (1) customer care and project messages, including estimate updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions; and (2) occasional marketing and promotional messages, such as seasonal offers and project tips. You only receive messages from the program(s) you opt in to.

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to (629) 281-6400. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and you will receive no more messages from that number. To join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START.
