Step 3 of 5
Scheduling and permits when needed
We line up a start date that works for your schedule, and we make sure the right permits are in place for every job that needs one. We confirm requirements with the right county or city office, and we help with HOA paperwork so nothing holds up the build.

Build with daily updates
The same family crew that started your project builds it, and Scott is on every job. We keep a clean site each day, and you get a daily text update on progress. No chasing anyone down for answers. You always know what is happening and what comes next.

Final walkthrough and 1-year warranty
We walk the finished project together and check every detail against a punch list. Scott shares care tips for your new deck or porch so it lasts. Then your 1-year workmanship warranty starts. If anything is off, we come back and make it right.
