What is included

Roof tie-in

We tie the cover into your roofline so it reads as part of the house.

Matched shingles

Shingles, soffit, and fascia to match your home, not an afterthought bolt on.

Gable or shed roof

A gable for airflow or a shed for a clean low profile, your call.

Posts and columns

Wrapped posts or columns that match the home, sized to carry the load.

Lighting and fans

Ceiling fan rated boxes and lighting so the patio works after dark.

Design visual

We show you a rendering so you see it before we build it.

Materials and options

Gable versus shed roof

A gable roof lets air through and looks grand. A shed roof is lower and cleaner. We show you both in the design visual so you pick the look that fits your home.

Matching shingles

We match the shingles, soffit, and fascia to your home so the cover looks like it was always there. The match is what separates a cover that looks original from one that looks bolted on.

Posts and columns

Wrapped posts or architectural columns, sized to carry the span and the snow load. We match the trim and paint so they read as part of the home.

Lighting and fans

We wire for a ceiling fan rated box and lights so the patio is usable day and night. We coordinate the electrical with a licensed tradesperson where required.

Ballpark

About $80 to $150 per sq ft (roof tied in)
