Pressure treated wood costs less up front and takes stain and seal well. Composite costs more up front but needs far less upkeep in our humid summers and wet winters. We help you pick based on how much maintenance you want to do.

Often yes. If your deck is solid and can carry the load, we can add screens, a roof tie-in, and a ceiling. If it needs structural work first, we will tell you straight and show you the options.

A concrete patio pad. We do not take handyman repair calls. We focus on real projects, from a patio pad to a full home renovation.

Yes. Our largest job to date is a full house renovation, including siding, roof, front porch, mudroom, and a bathroom. We coordinate the whole exterior and the interior rooms you want to update.
