No project too big or too small, from a concrete patio pad to a full home renovation. Prime Construction is Scott Peters, his family, and trusted subcontractors he treats like family, building across Middle Tennessee.
Scott Peters came into construction the hands-on way: bathroom remodels, framing, trim, decks, and exterior improvements. Those projects taught him to respect the details that turn an idea into something a homeowner can actually use and enjoy.
Time in home-improvement sales showed him the other side of a project. Homeowners want someone who listens, explains the options clearly, and follows through. A home is a major investment, and choosing who works on it is a matter of trust.
That is why Scott started Prime Construction in 2025: to do work he could put his name behind, and to give every customer confidence that their home mattered to the people working on it.
Prime is a family business. Scott works alongside his wife Michelle, his son Alex, and his daughter Molly, together with trusted subcontractors he treats like family. The same crew starts your project and finishes it, and Scott is on every job.
