What is included
Layout and property line
We lay out the fence line off your survey so it sits on the right line, not a guess.
811 utility locate
We call Tennessee 811 before we dig so we never hit a buried gas, water, or power line.
Set posts in concrete
Every post set plumb in concrete so the fence stays straight and does not rack or lean.
Rails and pickets
Rails level and pickets spaced even, with the grain running the right way.
Gates and hardware
Walk and drive gates hung square with hardware that swings clean and lasts.
HOA rules
We read your HOA guidelines on height, style, and setback so the fence passes review.
Materials and options
Wood privacy fences
Board on board gives true privacy with no gaps as the boards shrink and weather. Cedar or pressure treated pine, set in concrete. Privacy fences run 6 feet tall in most Middle Tennessee yards, and we build them to the height your HOA allows.
Split rail and board fences
Split rail defines a property line without blocking the view, and it fits the rural lots in Sumner and Macon County. Board fences hold livestock and pets. Our 1,000 foot run in Lafayette was rail, set in concrete along the full line.
Farm fence for acreage
For larger properties we build farm and pasture fence, long runs set in concrete posts so it holds up to livestock and weather. We keep long runs straight across rolling terrain, which is harder than it sounds over 1,000 feet.
Gates and hardware
We hang walk and drive gates square with hardware that lasts, sized so they clear a mower or a truck. A gate that sags is the first thing people notice, so we size the posts and hinges to carry the load.
Finishes
Pressure treated pine takes stain well, and cedar weathers gray if you leave it. We can stain or seal the fence to match your home, or let it weather naturally. Your call, and we price both.
