Thompson's Station, TN
A cedar screened room with no more steps.

The goal
A homeowner in Thompson's Station wanted a screened room off the back, without the steps down from the house that the old patio required.
Thompson's Station, TN (Williamson County). about an hour south of our Bethpage base.
What we built
- A full cedar screened room addition on a brick home
- A new elevated concrete pad that eliminated the steps from the house
- Tongue and groove knotty pine ceiling with fans and lighting
- Cedar framing and screen panels built to last

How we approached it
The pad had to be poured high enough to meet the door threshold and remove the steps, while staying level and draining away from the home. The roof had to tie into the existing roof without leaking.
Like every Prime project, it started with a free estimate visit. Scott measured the space, talked through the options, and sent a clear written quote in 1 to 2 days. The same family crew started the build and finished it, with daily updates so the homeowner always knew what was next. We made sure the right permits were in place, set footings and framing to last, and walked the finished project together before the 1 year workmanship warranty started.
The screened room sat level with the door, the steps came out, and the family got a bug free room with a tongue and groove ceiling and a fan for warm Tennessee evenings.
