How we approached it
Coordinating the roof, the new porch, the siding, and the mudroom addition so the seams all lined up, and keeping the homeowner informed while the home was wrapped in scaffolding and tarps.
Like every Prime project, it started with a free estimate visit. Scott measured the space, talked through the options, and sent a clear written quote in 1 to 2 days. The same family crew started the build and finished it, with daily updates so the homeowner always knew what was next. We made sure the right permits were in place, set footings and framing to last, and walked the finished project together before the 1 year workmanship warranty started.
The home got new curb appeal from the street and a working bathroom and mudroom inside, all under one schedule and one point of contact.
