The goal
A homeowner in Columbia wanted a deck that wrapped the whole home, big enough to host and to give every room a door to the outside.

What we built
- 1,600 square feet of pressure treated pine decking
- Full wraparound layout tying every back door to one deck
- New railings with vertical balusters along the full run
- Framing and decking staged to keep the home livable

How we approached it
A wraparound deck this size has to stay square around every corner of the home, and the framing had to clear windows, doors, and the grade changes along the foundation.
Like every Prime project, it started with a free estimate visit. Scott measured the space, talked through the options, and sent a clear written quote in 1 to 2 days. The same family crew started the build and finished it, with daily updates so the homeowner always knew what was next. We made sure the right permits were in place, set footings and framing to last, and walked the finished project together before the 1 year workmanship warranty started.
The deck wrapped the home with a level surface and clean railings from end to end, and every room got a door to the outside.
